By the Hour

For smaller projects, Moss & Veerina operates on an hourly basis with a team approach. That is, we offer all of our resources on a project at once, to optimize our decision-making, budget and timeframe. Our professional rates are competitive, starting at $95 an hour for our design team, with no hidden fees or markups. A minimum of one hour is charged for the initial consultation.

By the Project

Clients can expect a detailed proposal outlining materials, service providers and expenses. For projects that are expected to take more than 5 hours, a $500 retainer is required to compensate for the initial time needed to research materials, acquire bids and make recommendations; the retainer will be subtracted from the final project payment. For projects involving more than 40 hours, Moss & Veerina charges a flat fee based on the anticipated hours that the project will take and any related expenses. The professional fee is determined in advance in a contract. Project pricing is completely transparent and easy to budget, with numerous payment options available.

Merchandise & Subcontractors

Moss & Veerina negotiates and transparently prices all merchandise and subcontracted services ordered during a project. We offer the ''most favored price'' to our customers, which includes our net cost (typically wholesale), plus any shipping fees and/or taxes, and a 15% administrative fee. This usually results in great savings and optimal decision-making for the customer. No more worrying about hidden fees or markups! A 50% deposit is required before any services are contracted or materials purchased.
